All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Most orders are processed on the same day that they are received. If the order is received on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse stocks over 30,000 items at high levels, but there are times when we may run out of an item. We attempt to fill backorders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive supplies in a timely fashion.
